Great home, perfect location, hard to get in when they don’t change the codes, my son had to get in through a window. Worth the money, accept… The landscaping is like Alcatraz, for anybody to get up from the water kids, adults, pets, do not have egress. It is a rocky nightmare. Yes, you can use the dock ladder, the rest of the waterline is 99% alcatraz with razor rock bolders. If they do not try to make something accomadating for guests it is a pass unless you are renting in the winter.
